Shipping

Since all garments are handmade on a made-to-order basis, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, and would like to discuss fast tracking your order, please get in touch at threadedtogether@hotmail.com. I will always do my best to accommodate you where I can!

Shipping Times

• Germany: Standard: 2-4 business days, Express: 1-2 business days.
• UK: Standard: 5-8 business days, Express: 2-4 business days.
• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.

Shared Custom Costs for UK Customers

Orders shipped from my Berlin studio to the UK may incur import VAT and customs duties when they arrive.

To keep the experience as smooth and fair as possible, I would like to share that cost with you. Here’s the plan:

• You pay the customs charges upon delivery
• I will refund 50% of the total fee (up to €15)

To receive your refund, email a copy of the customs invoice to threadedtogether@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

I also offer free UK shipping on orders over €200 (£180), so the total cost of receiving your piece stays as reasonable as possible.

If time allows, I can personally bring your order to the UK on my next visit, offering a lower-cost shipping option. Please get in touch to discuss arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, I am unable to accept standard returns once production has begun. This helps to minimise waste and ensure every garment is made especially for you.

Order Changes / Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After this period, your garment enters production and cannot be changed or refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will repair, replace, or refund the piece immediately.

As each piece is individually hand-made, gentle variations may occur. These nuances are part of the garment’s character and are not classified as defects, and therefore may not be eligible for a refund.

Size Alterations

I am happy to alter the sizing of your garment when possible. Because each garment is made individually, a remake fee of €40 applies to help cover materials and labour.

Welcome to Threaded Together. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All garments are made to order in my Berlin studio. Production begins 24 hours after an order is placed. After this point, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified unless stated otherwise.

2. Product Descriptions

I make every effort to display colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of our garments.

3. Handmade Variations

Each piece is made individually by hand. Subtle variations or irregularities are normal characteristics of handmade production. These are not considered defects and may not qualify for a refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€). For orders and commissions placed through this website, I will send you an invoice once the details of your piece are agreed. Payment can then be made by bank transfer, using the details on the invoice, or through a PayPal payment request.

Orders placed through Etsy are paid for on Etsy, and those payments are handled under Etsy’s own terms and policies.

I reserve the right to update prices or correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping

I ship from Berlin, Germany. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Shipping times and costs are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, and will be included on your invoice.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International customers (including the UK) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees on delivery.

I operate a shared cost model for deliveries to the UK. Simply email your customs invoice after delivery and I’ll issue a partial refund.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, standard returns are not accepted.

Exceptions apply for:

• faulty or damaged items
• incorrect items received

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, product names, and website content are the property of Threaded Together and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate German courts.
