Shipping

Since all garments are handmade on a mode-to-order basis, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. If you’re ordering for a special occassion, and would like to discuss fast tracking your order, please get in touch at threadedtogether@hotmail.com. I will always do my best to accomodate you where I can!

Shipping Times

  • Germany: Standard: 2-4 business days, Express:1-2 business days.

  • UK: Standard: 5-8 business days, 2-4 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.

Shared Custom Costs for UK Customers

Orders shipped from my Berlin studio to the UK may incur import VAT and customs duties when they arrive.

To keep the experience as smooth and fair as possible, I would like to share that cost with you. Here’s the plan:
• You pay the customs charges upon delivery
• I will refund 50% of the total fee (up to €15)

To receive your refund, email a copy of the customs invoice to threadedtogether@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

I also offer free UK shipping on orders over €200 (£180), so the total cost of receiving your piece stays as reasonable as possible.

If time allows, I can personally bring your order to the UK on my next visit, offering a lower-cost shipping option. Please get in touch to discuss arrangements.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, I am unable to accept standard returns once production has begun. This helps to minimise waste and ensure every garment is made especially for you.

Order Changes / Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After this period, your garment enters production and cannot be changed or refunded.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will repair, replace, or refund the piece immediately.

As each piece is individually hand-made, gentle variations may occur. These nuances are part of the garment’s character and are not classified as defects, and therefore may not be eligible for a refund.

Size Alterations
I am happy to alter the sizing of your garment when possible. Because each garment is made individually, a remake fee of €40 applies to help cover materials and labour.
