Welcome to Threaded Together. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Made-to-Order Production

All garments are made to order in our Berlin studio. Production begins 24 hours after an order is placed. After this point, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified unless stated otherwise.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of our garments.

3. Handmade Variations

Each piece is made individually by hand. Subtle variations or irregularities are normal characteristics of handmade production. These are not considered defects and may not qualify for a refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€). Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices or correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping

We ship from Berlin, Germany. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International customers (including the UK) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees on delivery.
We operate a shared cost model for deliveries to the UK. Simply email your customs invoice after delivery and we’ll issue a partial refund.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, standard returns are not accepted.
Exceptions apply for:

  • faulty or damaged items

  • incorrect items received

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, product names, and website content are the property of Threaded Together and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate German courts.
